The NVSC 7v7 League consists of three separate leagues, 7v7 Coed, 18 years old and older, 7c7 Coed, 30 years old and older, and 7v7 men's, 30 years old and older. The 7v7 30 and older Coed league plays on Wednesday nights at 8:35 and 9:35. The men's league plays on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 8:35 and 9:35 PM. The 7v7 coed league plays on Friday nights at 8:35 and 9:35 PM. The games are played on the turf fields at Hellwig park.

The Spring Season is scheduled to start the week of 17 March 2021.
