How to Update your Email Address in your NVSC / Demosphere Account
Log Into your Demosphere Account
Log into your Demosphere/NVSC account, then click on the Manage Profile blue button.
Manage your Profile
Then click on the Manage My User Profile via TeamNet (TeamNet™ platform offers the ability to view and manage team rosters, communicate directly with various team members, and organize a team’s event calendar.) but for our purposes here you can update your email address.
Your Profile Detail
You will then be taken to your Profile Detail, you will find your information here, name, birth date (if entered), email address, phone number, name of your household and your ID number. Click the blue Edit button.
Change your Email Address
After clicking edit you will be able to change your email address, type the new email address in the email address field, then click the blue Save button at the bottom.
Confirm New Email Address
After you click Save you will have a blue box that shows up above your Profile detail telling you to go to your new email address and confirm the change using the email that TeamNet has sent you.
After you confirm the change the change will be permanent until you want to or need to make another change.
This change doesn't change your log in information...please note you can see your log in information to the right of your Profile in TeamNet.
