Financial Aid Program
2024 - 2025 Financial Aid Information
To apply for Financial Aid with NVSC you will need to download the Financial Aid form (link below), fill out the form, and bring the completed form with documentation needed to the NVSC Office (Directions). Or you can send all documents electronically to traveladmin@novasc.org.
Submission of FA form is June 10th, 2024.
When you receive your invite from the club for a NVSC Travel Team that is the time to Accept the invitation, go through the registration online and say you want to pay by installments, pay the first payment, this is required for the Financial Aid application. Then come to the NVSC Office, we are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 5pm to 7pm.
Your application will go to the NVSC Financial Aid Committee and an answer on Financial Aid will be made by June 17th, 2024. At that time an arrangement will be made with your family on the payment structure. If installments are needed after FA is granted a credit or debit card will be required to be put onto that order and the payments will be done automatically.
