Registration

• Each player must register individually.
• Players should designate level of competitive play (Recreational or Travel/Select)
• Age Groups will be using the new age grouping starting in Fall 2026
• Refunds are per the Registration Agreement.

Festival Logistics & Gameplay Setup

• When We Play: Join us for five action-packed Wednesday sessions throughout July, specifically on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
• Where We Play: Hellwig Park Field 6
• Session Times: Our younger stars (ages 6–8) take the pitch from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, followed by our U9–U12 divisions from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
• Dynamic Match Duration: We utilize rapid, 10-to-12-minute windows to maintain peak excitement and provide every participant the chance to compete against a variety of peers.
• Optimized Pitch Dimensions: Games occur on condensed grids measuring roughly 25-30 yards long by 15-25 yards wide, perfect for technical development.
• The Atmosphere: Experience a vibrant "festival" energy complete with music. Simply check in, grab your colored pinnie, and jump straight into the action.
• Professional Oversight: Our NVSC experts serve as mentors and timekeepers rather than coaches, empowering the game itself to provide the primary learning experience.

FUNdamentals Division (Ages U6 - U8) (08/01/2018 - 07/31/2021)

• Focus: Pure enjoyment and learning the game through play. Separate boys and girls divisions.
• Format: 3v3 or 4v4 (no goalkeepers) using small pop-up goals.
• Environment: Extremely fluid. Staff manage frequent substitutions so everyone experiences all areas of the pitch and lots of scoring opportunities.

Development Division (Ages U9 - U12) (08/01/2014 - 07/31/2018)

• Focus: Skill application in tight spaces and building confidence as intensity steps up. Our goal is to offer separate boys and girls divisions; however, final division structures will depend on registration numbers. If necessary, coed divisions may be formed to ensure everyone gets to play.
• Format: 4v4 (no goalkeepers) on condensed grids.
• Environment: High-energy and fluid. Staff rotate players frequently to maximize touches, versatility, and fun.

Building Balanced Teams: The Joy of Fluid Play

• Solo Entry Only: To ensure a welcoming space for all, every participant joins as a Free Agent. This unique approach keeps the competition friendly and prevents pre-formed squads from disrupting the inclusive festival vibe.
• On-the-Fly Pairing: Each Wednesday, our expert staff creates fresh teams from the evening’s pool of players, keeping every session exciting and unpredictable.
• Ever-Changing Rosters: In the spirit of street soccer, lineups are never fixed. If a game feels uneven, we’ll swap players mid-festival to restore balance and maximize social connections across the pitch.

• Pure Play, No Rankings: We prioritize a stress-free environment by eliminating season-long leader boards and complicated playoff brackets.
